Excellent (in the absence of moisture, air light and high temperature). During shipping and storage, the lower the temperature, the longer the shelf life; e.g., at 40 F, the product would be 100% stable for more than one year. At 50 to 60 F storage it may show a loss of only 5-25% over a period of 3 to 6 months. Above 60 F storage for short periods, the product would be fairly stable unless abused or subjected to high temperatures for extended periods or other detrimental factors.
